6. Disclosure of Identity of the Management Team and its Location
The organisational structure of the Media Outlet shall be publicly available with up-to-date information on the names, positions and contact details of the people in charge. The address, usually the headquarters, shall be clearly indicated. If the company has several offices based in different places, their addresses shall also be disclosed. If the physical address cannot be stated for security concerns a correspondence address shall be provided.

Lorin Kadiu graduated in Journalism and Communication and holds a Masters Degree in Public Relations from the University of Tirana. Since 2018 he is the Executive Director of Citizens Channel, working daily with a team of young journalists that provide all aspects of innovative and independent media production, including in-depth reporting and investigations, social media videos, short documentaries and podcasts.
Lorin specializes in multimedia production, during the past years he has worked as a journalist and consultant for media literacy and mobile journalism for several local and international organizations.
Programmatic responsibilities: Diligently pursues the organizations work and regularly reports to the Board of Directors; Manages project personnel, Maintains and retains project data and materials as required, completes progress and other required reports, initiates timely requests for prior approval for changes when required.
Seeks prior approval for agenda changes when required/Compliance responsibilities: Ensures accurate and timely effort reporting for project personnel, ensures timely development of projects; Ensures integrity of project/Administrative / Fiscal responsibilities; Follows policies and procedures as they are described in Citizens Channel Administrative and Financial Manuals

Erisa Kryeziu has completed higher studies in Journalism and Communication, and holds a Master of Science in Public Relations at the University of Tirana. During her studies she was engaged in projects focusing on collective memory for the crimes of communism in Albania. Since 2019 Erisa joined Citizens Channel, where she works as a journalist focused on reporting on human rights, focusing on workers rights, gender equality, and minority issues. During her four years of work at Citizens Channel she has coordinated and managed several projects related to capacity building and support for local journalists and media literacy for young people. Follows policies and procedures as they are described in Citizens Channel Administrative and Financial Manuals
Programmatic responsibilities: Develops project proposals in compliance with donor guidelines and project timeline, Assists the Executive Director and Finance Officer in the drafting of an extensive means of verification frame. Formulates activities Action Plan and agenda, Monitors project's financial status; Manages project within budget limits
Olta Duro – Finance Officer - oltaduro2@gmail.com
Olta holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics and Agribusiness from the University of Tirana and several qualifications in the field of Information Technology, Business Modelling and IT. She has previously been engaged as a finance officer and sales representative for several private companies, further working in the NGO sector since 2018.

Follows and updates policies and procedures as they are described in Citizens Channel Administrative and Financial Manuals; Approves expenditures, assures that expenses incurred are allowable, reasonable, and allocable to the project to which they are charged, seeks prior approval for budget changes when required, Reviews final financial statements. Collaborates with the Executive Director to ensure integrity of project/Administrative / Fiscal responsibilities and time tracking.

Arbjona completed her Bachelors’ degree in “Political Journalism” and holds a master in Investigative Journalism at the University of Tirana. For several years she has worked as a journalist in the print and online media. During her studies she was engaged as an activist in students and workers issues. Arbjona joined Citizens Channel in 2021 as a journalist, focused on reporting on issues related to pubic space, environment and economy.
Programmatic Responsibilities:
Research, writes, and produces video material of news stories. Collaborates with the editor and visual editor in proofreading and fact-checking of materials. Follows policies and procedures as they are described in Citizens Channel Administrative and Financial Manuals
